Silver Sneakers

SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that's included with many Medicare Advantage plans. It allows members to get access to our Swim/Wellness Center Membership and Silver Sneakers branded Group Fit classes at no cost. All other amenities are not included and are sold separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It gives you access to our Indoor Track, Swimming Pool, Wellness Center, and Silver Sneakers branded GroupFit classes. The Wellness Center includes access to our Group Fit room and Cycle room whenever a class is not in session. All areas are subject to their own operation schedules. All other amenities must be purchased separately.

  • Yes! Ask our front desk staff how to get set up. Once you are verified and qualified you will be switched to the Silver Sneakers membership.

    If you were verified after the 1st of the month you will still be billed for your membership but the next billing month will be at the Silver Sneakers membership rate.

  • If you have the basic Silver Sneakers Membership it only includes Silver Sneakers branded classes, not our regular classes. To gain access to those classes you will need the Silver Sneakers + Group Fit Unlimited Membership at cost. You will NOT be able to purchase the single session 10-pack or 20-pack GroupFit Class Packages.

  • Sign-up must be done in person at our front desk. Please bring your Silver Sneakers 16 Digit ID and your drivers license for verification.
